Frequently asked questions

What is a pilot and how is it different to a proof of concept (PoC)?

PoC is mostly “throw-away” and start again should you decide to implement the solution vs a pilot, providing you with a full production implementation. It's normally limited to a subset of your correspondence requirements or customers.

Why get a pilot?

You’ll quickly see the value in our platform, giving you full control over your customer correspondence and IP. As a subset of your overall correspondence, a pilot enables you to get “real world” feedback from your customers.

How much will my pilot cost?

Typically, a pilot costs between $2,500 and $10,000.

How long does it take?

Typically, a pilot takes 2 to 4 weeks to setup and runs for 1 to 3 months.

What is my commitment?

Your pilot will be delivered at fixed cost and there is no commitment to continue the service.

Can my pilot be converted to a production service?

Your pilot environment is already a fully functional production environment with no limitations. Simply sign up for the full Airdocs SaaS service and you can continue production.

How can I learn more?
